Start with the damage and your city
Send a close-up and a wider windshield photo, along with your vehicle year, make, model, and city. These details help us understand what you need before discussing a visit.
Include your city even if you are close to one of our primary service areas. Coverage and appointment availability still need to be confirmed for your location.
Choose a location that works for the appointment
Let us know whether home, work, or another location would be most convenient. If the vehicle is in a workplace lot, apartment complex, or gated property, confirm that service is allowed there and mention any access restrictions.
Tell us about anything that could affect access to the vehicle. We can discuss the location and any preparation needed when arranging your appointment.
Confirm the plan before setting time aside
After reviewing the photos, we reply with guidance, pricing, and availability. Agree on the appointment time and location directly with us. An initial text inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Ask how much time to allow for your particular appointment and whether you need to be present. This avoids planning around a general repair-time estimate that may not fit your situation.
Know what happens at the visit
The damage is inspected in person before the repair plan is confirmed. Photos are a starting point, not a guarantee that every chip can be repaired. If the inspection changes the recommendation, discuss the options before work begins.
Ask about the expected appearance after repair and any instructions for using or cleaning the windshield afterward. A repair can leave a visible mark; it is not a promise of glass that looks brand new.
